The details:
We use NZ Post tracked throughout New Zealand. All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind for both ourselves and the customer.
Please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am – 5pm weekdays.
Our courier service do NOT deliver to a PO BOX address, please supply a physical address.
Once we have fulfilled your order and the courier has picked it up we will send you a confirmation
Most parcels will take up to 2-3 working days to get to you.
We don’t pick or pack orders in the weekends, so if you order on Saturday or Sunday, it won’t be actioned until the Monday.
All items which are stocked will be processed by us and sent within 48 hours of you placing your order. Any orders which are placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed within 48 hours of the first working day.
Our Shipping Rates:
North Island: $13.00
South Island: $18.00
Rural Delivery, to be added the freight cost above where required: $4.00
International
Please email us with the name of the piece you are interested in, and the destination address, and we will email you with a quote for door to door shipment.
The process is simple –
You select the item and email us the details of the piece including name and colour with your address
We send you a quote deducting the GST and adding the freight price.
On confirmation from you, we send you a PayPal invoice
On receipt of payment we send you the tracking details, so you can follow the process online to update you.
All goods are fully insured, and we are packing masters.
