Returns + Exchanges
Mamunk want to ensure that you love your purchase and are happy with the quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please return it to us within 14 days of receipt of the product/s. Provided that the product/s are in original condition, unused, unwashed and are packed as delivered in their complete original packaging.
For full price items, we will either exchange it, replace it, or provide a store credit. Sorry, we don’t offer refunds.
For sale or discounted promotional purchases, we can offer an exchange or store credit to be used at a later date.
Items purchased direct from the studio or in a store must be returned to the studio or store from where they were purchased. Items purchased online can be returned to our head office address The Studio, 30 O’Dowd Road, Taradale, Napier 4112. NZ
If you are returning for exchange or credit for change of mind, this will be sent at your cost. Please email studio@mamunk.com if you are sending a return with your request for exchange or store credit. Please give your order number as a reference
FAULTIES
We can not accept unused goods in damaged or missing packaging unless they are faulty.
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will arrange for a courier pick up and full replacement of the goods. Please email studio@mamunk.com for instructions.
GIFTS
If the item was purchased as a gift, and there is reason for exchange or return, the gift giver must keep record of the receipt for the exchange or return.
SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail or bring your purchase to: The Studio, 30 O’Dowd Road, Taradale, Napier 4112
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Contact us at studio@mamunk.com for options
